Looks like a poorly grown Marginated, Testudo marginata

Maybe Tunisian or Deformed Marginated. Could you get a picture of the underside of the tort? Think you could get more help then

I agree it looks more like a Marginated than a Spur-thigh, but like Lynn said a plastron picture is needed to tell for sure.

Hi!
Got some more pictures.
Now she says she got it from some one that claimed it comes from marocco.. So might be a maroccan graeca sp??? What do you think male or female?

Its not a Marginated. It is a Male Spur thigh, don't know what subspecies he is though.

I agree it is a male Spur-thigh It very well could be a Moroccan spur-thigh, Testudo graeca marokkensis, but hard to tell with the way it has been raised.
