Star update
Hatched on the 12th july, at 13g now weight 27g ,feeding well and not as shy anymore.
Seen below tucking in !! This is dad , "hampi" Mum is on the right "vithala" with peshwari on the left Peshwari's 2 clutch's , 5 in each One of balti's eggs developing. on day 64. still another 40-50 to go. |

The adults shown are approx 9-10 yrs old. Ive had them now for 5 years This summer has seen them really mature. Only hope the house move doesnt set them back to much next year, as i am going to have to build them another outside home( but it will be bigger and better than what they had). These tortoise's love the outside. Thanks everybody else , will post more as they grow until they go to their new home. |
