Try the lights on for 14 to 16 hours a day. That might help. You might also try some pelleted food, like Pretty Pet (which is colourful). Your right it is quite possible the female is holding onto more eggs.

Also, the vitamin injections can take a fortnight to help appetite. My mum has recently got an Ibera that had post hibernation anorexia and it took a fortnight for her to start eating. After the all clear from the vet she is now outside with her new mate and this seems to have changed her feeding patterns too. Amazing what a good * can do! Steph
