Default Arcadia D3 Help....

Hello, need some help with what watt bulb to get for my tortoise table, the table measurements are 36" X 24" X 12" if that helps..... And it's for a baby Hermann

I was orginally looking at getting the 80w bulb and the Arcadia ceramic clamp reflecter. Would this be ok or should I go for the 100w....

Thank you xx

I have used an 80w and 100w for that sized table, but I guess it depends on what background heat you have really. If it's in a central heated room you could get away with the 80w but I'd say the 100w is your best bet..You would be able to hang it a bit higher for more coverage.

Thanks for the replies, will it be best to get a reflecter clamp or would a ceramic fixing suffice? The tables going in the living room, in corner just concerned the beam of the light will be bright and been by sofa also conceded about kids been overly curious

I would use a reflector so that light and heat is reflected down and not all over the place. be sure that reflector matches the bulb strength, i.e. if a 100w bulb then reflector that can take a 100w bulb.
