We have nicer weather down here!! Not sure I would relish the idea of working in the big smoke though! But the money would be good i'm sure!

I am glad your interview was a success.
I do hope it all works out for you. You never know they may love the idea of having tortoises, many people may not keep them but are fascinated by them. If you are successful, then stress the educational value of them, learning about them for school projects etc. Good luck

aye alan, i know the money isn't teh most inportant thing as its a fab job but teh world is turning nasty and i need to start thinking of the future and savings and paying off my debts!!!
well.. i've decided that i am not going to be moving away from newcastle for the next year at least... i think im gunna stick it out at my current job as they are paying me through my degree and i would be a mug to walk away from that... obviously if i ever become sick of my life again(!!!) i will have to leave and find somewhere new although i have decided i dont wanna be more than an hour away from newcastle... (for the moment!) i suppose i have too much back here to walk away from... for now! x |

Sounds like you've thought it through - seems like a wise decision Dugy
It wasn't the right time for you to do something different - you'll know when it is! |
