I've only ever heard good things about it - so hopefully you shouldn't have a problem

Well it has small risks, just as any procedure does. I've heard that it stings for a little bit but it isn't too bad. Good luck!

My neighbour had one eye done on the National Health - he was so impressed he paid to have the other one done - he keeps telling me to have it done but I am a chicken when it comes to eyes - I couldn't even cope with putting contacts in - one morning it took me 20 minutes just to get one in - I gave up !!!!
Good luck with it Dugy - you wont "look" back !!!! |

I don't understand the problem with wearing glasses TBH, I'd rather wear glasses than risk being blinded by being blasted in the eye with a Star Wars-esque ray gun

it may be being put on hold... its a car or eye surgery..
pumpkin pie... i am a very very confident person when not wearing my glasses and in contact lenses and i like myself without glasses... when i am wearing them i am not very confident at all and seem more shy and dont like myself atall.. this is not vanity... i beleive that the key to life is understanding and knowing how to love yourself.. if that means risking (a 5% chance) of blinding myself than to be honest its a risk i am willing to take!!! so.. its a toss up between a car and eyes.... im sooo confused... got till next week to think and im gunna make my desicion..... hmmm! |

ooohhh let us know how you get on if you go through with it, it is something I keep looking at, but I am SO freaked out with eyes i'm not sure I could cope with it lol! Good luck with the decision making - its a hard one - car or eyes - car or eyes hmmmmmm
