Also just realized i posted this in the wrong section i think...if so.. sorry

And yeh..its something there.. seen so many pic's over the net that controsend each other.. its like a dark area at the top of the egg where all the rest has nothing at the present..

I would honestly say it must be like winning the lottery having your own tortoice breed and hatch..i would not be able to stop smiling if they hatched..

It does look like your egg is "chalking up" (turning white). We could get a better idea if you take the picture in the dark with the torch shining into the egg. Don't use the flash on the camera when you take the picture.

hi that last picture looks like the egg has started to chalk up.dont worry to much about the others they can develop a few days apart so never discard any you cant be sure of.good luck looks like at least one is fertile so now you only have to wait a couple of month's before you can start panicking.i still worry each one wont hatch it drives my wife mad lol.

I agree that one egg is fertile If you notice also in your last picture with the torch, the yolk has settled to the bottom of the egg and has formed a line. If any of the other eggs have the yolk settled to the bottom like that, than they are most likely fertile.
How old are the eggs?

Out of six egg's only that one has something " visable " . I have a non strip grin when you mention it might be fertile. I was to say the least be jumping around the streets of joy if they hactched.

Thanks all for taking the time to take a look very much apperiated

EDIT ..Sorry dan missed your question. They are 2.5 weeks old.. Next time i will be more prepared as i notice other people write the date plus a cross ? im reading up everything i can to ensure im doing the right things for my little ones hehe! must drive ppl crazy always talking about tortoices hehe
