Well I have been hibernating mine pretty much the same as TT for the last 40 years with 100 percent success.and back in the 70's, when we had very little knowledge compared with today, I did very little preparation e.g weighing . I have always let them wind down quite naturally , no lights, and still do , tho I am much more carefull these days. I don't put them in a shed these days, I put them in a cold room. And since getting very young ones , have hibernated them from 2 or 3 yrs, for 12 weeks.
