book to read
thought you guys would be interested in a book i was given for my birthday about tortoises through history.
it's called "tortoise" by peter young. is published by reaktion books and the isbn is 1-86189-191-1. i am loving it |

its a nice easy read, some interesting things in there. not a "technical" book but interesting nonetheless. am only 2 chapters in though. was nice to have a thoughtful present though

Even the most rubbish books on tortoises sometimes have a tiny bit of worthful advice , but i agree this book is an easy read with a few interesting facts ,not a husbandry guide folks just a factual account style book.
But to any tortoise enthusiast a good read . Perhaps we will but in the prize area for the next photo comp. Darren |
