I don't change it and it hasn't done my 3 any harm, I don't think there would be toooo much added to the soil as its meant for human consumption

Bought some last night so I'll plant a section in his table tonight. Going to have to re design his layout he was on coco coir for months then few weeks ago I put in some beech chips that I had left over from when I first got him, now he very rarely goes into the half of the table with coco coir.
