Default TV gone off snow poss?

Has anyone else lost their TV, ours went off yesterday,it says no signal, we have freesat, I phoned to see if our card had run out but was told it could just be due to the snow. Anyone know if that's the case will it just come back on or should we do something, the woman on the phone wasn't very helpful.

yes and we've just discovered and sorted the problem, the dish was simply covered in snow talk about feel stupid, a quick brush and its all working again. I needn't have sat and watched Call the midwives' on the silly little laptop screen last night nor watched a dvd that we've seen hundreds of times before. No wonder we couldn't get a signal. never even thought to check it.
