I would just turn up in Walsall at the drop-in centre tomorrow morning, first thing. I am pretty sure they cannot decline treatment if you are in pain and there is a dentist on site. You do really need to make a fuss to get them to understand that you are in pain ...if you know what I mean Failing that you could go through the telephone directory and see if any local dentist are open in the morning ... the only thing is that it could end up costing you a pretty penny to be seen as an emergency. What pain killers are you taking at the moment to ease the discomfort?

Oh poor you - Oil of Cloves dabbed on the tooth using a cotton bud really does help to ease tooth pain.
