2 eggs

i came home from work went to check on torts and put away for night and found 2 eggs on the lawn ...it was quiet cold ..do you think these 2 eggs have any chance.

They always have a chance i would give them a go.
Most eggs that are dumped above ground tend not to be fertile

Always worth a go with laid eggs.
I have had them hatch when laid on soil, from a first time layer:0)
