whistling tortoise

when i was at the hospital today i noticed what looked like a book saying 'the whistling tortoise' but didn't get a chance to look at it to see exactly what is was. I looked up google just now and this is what it is

Hmmm would make a great 60th birthday pressie for my mum next year. I wonder if it would be too heavy for her to throw at me
