Surface laid eggs
Just wondering some of you may know after taking my big girl clowie out of hibernation after she was awake she surface laid 3 lovely eggs just wondering what chance of them being fertile think in I've read someone say they have had some hatch .

I have had surface laid eggs that were fertile, and a first time layer too:0)

I have never had any hatch but people do say it's possible so hang on in there

I've also had surface laid eggs be fertile, so it is possible

I had two surface laid ibera eggs hatch last year despite thinking them no good and leaving them up on the shelf above the tortoise table and also cracking open one of the eggs!
