Frank!
Frank is my cool little dude! I got this guy a few days ago as a suprise and Ive been researching them LOADS in the past few days, everything seems good and he's got his set-up all right
He seems LOADS more healthier now then when I got him, he looks less dehydrated and hes a active little dude! here are some pix :

Thanks guys! Do you think his shell is okay? I have not much expierence in tortoise's so Im not sure whats a bad shell and a good shell, its not soft or anything, and he gets cuttlefish, and nutrobal "I think thats how you spell it" he's getting his UV light in a few days so that'll help too

Thank you very much guys, I have removed the cress at once, he's been eating it but I guess he doesent know "tortoise friendly food" lol, I did some research into the food and I found out leaves and weeds where best with some veg, I did see on a care sheet water cress, it just goes to show I should ask a few people before trusting one care sheet
Will it cause him any harm? hes eaten quite a bit of it but not a lot... Also is there any food I can buy to plant in his enclosure?
