Nobody can put a set rate of growth on any tortoise unless everyone kept their tortoises in the exact same manner.

As long as the tortoise has good weight I'd suggest that you pay no attention to the rate of growth.

I recently got a new baby redfoot who's eating and pooping well I'm going to monitor his weight and as long as he eats poops and gainsweight I'm happy
