I use T-gel which is great for stopping dandruff and an itchy scalp. It does stink though.
If the bad scalp is well and truly under control I use cheapest stuff I can see in a supermarket.

I usually use Dr Bronner's magic soap, its a old 'recipe' and can be used for everything, if anyone is into 'natural' things then its well worth a try. There's no residue and a bar will last a month or so if used as shampoo, face and body everyday, I'm alergic to a lot of things and this is one product I can use, its also available in a liquid form but I've never tried that and several different scents or unscented the almond or rose is nice. I can only find it online either amazon or ebay and its about £6 a bar and is only natural ingredients, I will say something though with only a bar to take with you it saves on space if going away, I beleive you can also clean your teeth with it but I never fancied that There's also a couple of natural hair rinses I have the Shikakai one which is I think citrus based, it looks disgusting with brown lumps and you mix it with water before using it but its lovely and smells of lemon juice it makes your hair really shine, I assume the brown lumps are something that people with dark hair would use. The company are one of those eco freindly, fairtrade ones if anyone else is into that sort of thing.Heres the link to their site https://www.drbronner.com/

I have ridiculously sensitive skin, in fact so much so that head and shoulders makes my dandruff worse! So I often have to hunt around for one sensitive enough!
Currently using one by Human + Kind am loving it! No itch and it doesn't smell of chemicals! (most sensitive ones do as they are fragrance free, but its the soap not the fragrance that irritates my skin so I always just find that annoying!) Only trouble is I have to buy it online! (http://www.feelunique.com/p/Human-Ki...Bodywash-250ml) Looking forward to washing my hair today, had it cut yesterday an scalp is already itchy from what the hairdresser uses!

That's the one. It lasts for quite a while and is often on special offer.

I use Burts bees shampoo and conditioner, it works for me as I no longer get scalp irritation. My daughter stopped washing her hair with shampoo a few years ago. The natural oils keeps it soft and in great condition, once a week she washes it with tea tree oil in water..... X x x Stella x x x

After reading your post I've just ordered a bar of the soap.I'm always open to suggestions on products as my family all have skin ailments.
I get particularly dry hands and suffer with dermatitis. I've tried most hand creams but can thoroughly recommend Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector to anyone else with similar problems |

I used to use t-gel, luckily I grew out of my bad skin a bit though I still need to be careful.
