One of mine (14cm in size) did this a while ago but the poop was dry and hard and about the size of a large raisin.
The poop was too big; she had her mouth wide open and couldn't close it.
It was stuck half down her throat, don't know how long it had been like it, just as well I was home at the time.
It was a bit of an effort removing it with a tooth pick but got it after a minute or two, it was proper wedged in.
I remove all poops now when I see them.

ooo sounds awful! I usually remove them straight away, but he must have literally pooped turned around straight away and had a munch!
