Slimming World
I need to lose just over a stone in weight and have done weigh****chers before but I'm thinking of going to Slimming World as they have a meeting near my home. It all looks a bit complicated what with red/green days and sins. Has anyone done this diet and is it any good. Is it easy to fit around a busy lifestyle? I've got to do something instead of just buying bigger clothes

Slimming world has so much more to offer than weight watchers! They have a really good website, magazine & lots of support. Extra easy is just that, you can eat food from both original & green days, really easy to understand + you can have a treat each day! I really like it & have recommended it to friends & family who love it because they are never hungry! You will loose a stone in no time! Good luck

I've always done WW, but I did try Slimming World once. I thought it was too complicated..I could never get my head round how cheese was 'ok' to eat when it's one of the most fattening things out there.
I found with WW at least nothing was 'banned' but you just kept in line with your daily points. That simple. But many people lose successfully on SW too, so it's individual choice. I wish you luck with whichever plan you do. A stone will fly off you. Keep motivated and remember its being pretty strict and reminding yourself all the time of that end result! Putting the weight on...dead easy. Losing it...a slog. But you CAN do it xx |

I couldn't figure out to begin with why in the first post weight watchers was censored, it's kind of the same reason as why S****horpe is censored

Hi I have lost just over 3stone since xmas, just costing me 50p per week getting weighed at boots, and eating better.
changed all milk to skimmed butter to ww or flora xtra light spread 3 meals a day with 2 snacks lots of chicken and veg no salads(dont like them and would have to fight the animals for it) i still have alot to go but iam sticking with it, over the years i have done both ww and slimming world they both work and are easy to follow. melaniex |

I did slimming world but didn't bother going and paying for each meeting just to be weighed I just used the book at home and kept my own diary
