I am not sure why, but as Gordon has said our Mothers day was in March. We are out of step with the rest of the world maybe:0)

I think it's Mother's Day in the US, Canada and Australia. Probably most other places too. We like to be different in the UK.

Think originally our Mother's Day celebration was a religious event whereas elsewhere in the world it's commercial!
