Just mixed my pancakes

I have just mixed a bucket load of pancake mix ready for the invasion later, got all my family returning home for the big cook up, found 3 huge frying pans ready to cook them at speed

Checklist

Runny chocolate sauce
Bananas
Runny strawberry sauce
Lemon
Castor sugar
Runny syrup
Sultanas
Paracetamol

They eat them as fast as I can cook them!

Ah...I'm a flipper not a tosser!

I manage to cook for six in two frying pans and eat mine as I go. A third pan must be a great help.
Caster sugar, lemon, maple syrup and golden syrup are the kids fav fillings. I'm a traditionalist - sugar and lemon for me.
