Sorry but if he really did hit somebody then he should be fired - if I hit one of my colleagues it would be instant dismissal so why should he be any different just because he is a celebrity, surely he should be setting a good example?

what I think is hilarious is all the reruns on Dave. Everytime I see them I think is Top Gear back....? They should have rebranded it. I like Chris Evans to a point but he wont feel the boots im afraid......not sure what will happen with reruns of Top Gear and reruns of Top Gear - 3 , CB

They had no choice but to go with Amazon. They were blcked by the bbc from making a car based programme for the TV for 2 years I believe it was.

perhaps if they start they can make 104 episodes now and then sell them to ITV in 2 years time. We would have withdrawal symptoms by then. reckon call it Third Gear. CB

I have to say their little adventures five years or so ago were funny but for the past couple of years a lot of it felt so contrived. Clarkson is arrogant but he's not afraid to say what he thinks. I'm not a fan of fence-sitters and his columns are often entertaining. He also used to have tortoises I believe...don't know what happened to them or whether he still has them.
I can't help it but Hammond gets my back up. He tries too hard to be funny. The males in my house will probably give the new series with Chris Evans a go but if Jodie Kidd is presenting it'll get the thumbs down. We certainly won't be subscribing to Amazon Prime for Clarkson and Co.

I m not keen on the little vole either but JM and JC are v funny most of the time. It is informative too - I learnt a bit about what colour not to get and where the engine sits so can't be a bad thing.

Captain Slow has always been my favourite. Out of them all he tries the least to be amusing and as a result is often the funniest.
