I have a baby spur thighed that ive had for about 6 weeks. I mainly feed him -

Cats ear
Plantain
Lavatera petals and leaves
Bristly ox tongue
Dandelions once or twice a week
Clover occasionally

I also feed these from the shop -
Water cress
Lambs lettuce
Romaine lettuce
Occasional rocket

I never feed spinach as this is apparently not good for tortoises. But as Lynne has said above the tortoise table website is brilliant that where I got a lot of my information from. Hope this helps

Spinach not a good idea. Think red chard is edible in moderation as is rocket
