Requesting Age Pictures, please!
I would like to see pictures of tortoises together where one is a year old, the other 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, (or less or more, whatever possible.)
I'm just curious to see the transformation between a year's gap and I couldn't find many comparisons on the net. I don't mind what species but I would really prefer testudo graeca (ibera). Thanks! |

Red foots
The small one is a year old tortoise The medium is a 6 year old The large is a adult wild caught male and he is quite small- you do need two hands to pick him up.

Thanks a lot terrypin and sarah!
The 1 year old Hermann's is significantly bigger than the hatchling!!! I had never thought they would grow so big in such a small amount of time! My 7-8 year old tortoise didn't grow so fast but the vet said he is in a very good condition, weight, etc. this is why I am surprised! More pics are appreciated! |
