There is always a silver lining CB..... However there comes a point where you wonder how much coconut flesh you can chew.
Jonathan, I have some cork bark in the enclosure which they sometimes go under at night. I don't know why they persist with the coconut shells as they are far too big for them now, even when they dig into one. Many times if we pick up a shell a babe is wedged underneath it!! I did move the shells last week but the babes just rested on top of the coir and I didn't like that so put them back. I move them around the enclosure and no matter where I put them the babes still find them at night. Hugs x x x x x |

The babies are looking lovely, fantastic shell growth. Well done. I used to drink Malibu and pineapple in my youth, still love the smell, but I can't drink it now 😋

Beautiful babies Stella, fabulous smooth growth, well done! This reminds me ( I use exo terra caves now, as humid hides) but I cut some small exits in xmas pudding plastic domes a few years ago & my young torts loved them! Couldnt climb on top but loved hiding inside and would move them along, seemed to love them!
