It is Aubrietia, and tortoises love the flowers and the leaves.
Better fed now, as its Aubrietia season, as later on it goes to seed and not good to feed then.

Thanks Sandy....well, maybe if he has a little nibble I won't stop him for now. It's only a tinky little patch..as you can see by the pic! Lol that really is it. It is pretty though. Funny isn't it. All of a sudden something just grows and appears in your garden and it's gone the next year. Just wish I had some speedwell or something. I'm still on a quest to find that!
