slighty sad post
Hi All
The reason for this post is to show you all a blog written by a friend of mine with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. This blog is amazing, I would urge anyone to read as much of it as they can. Spencer is in his mid 30's... he hasn't drank since 2003 and has lead a healthy , fit life. Tomorrow he finds out if the cancer unit are going to stop all treatment for his cancer all together. http://thekemokid.blogspot.com/ Lots of people have said this should be published. It is a frank, honest blog about Spencers experience and even if it helps anyone understand cancer, it will of done some good. Let me know your thoughts.. p.s. I appriciate the blog is a long one... if you can read of much of it as you can. I promise its worth it xxxx

Really hope the news is good. Lou, read all the blog. A very brave man, who has kept his sense of humour. You must be proud to have him as your friend. Best wishes to you both xx Cancer is so very cruel. |

I suffered from Hodgkins Disease when I was 18. 6 months Chemo and a lot of heartache I over came it.
Non Hodgkins however is another kettle of fish. |

Lou, I read it all and was blown away by Spencers honest account, he is so very very brave. I will be keeping everything crossed for him, and pray that he gets positive news. I've lost my mum and my grandparents to cancer, such a heratbreaking disease. xx
