low weight?
I have a THB that seems to always be 10%-12% under weight. I have been given him mazuri 2-3 times a week at 2% of body weight he also has access to weeds/florette crispy leaf which he eats well. He has been checked for worms and is clear. Are some torts just lighter than others, he is growing and healthy orther wise, he was not hibernated due to his lower weight this year.

You could always feed a bit more mazuri, more than the 2% i mean.
Marg.

Will that be ok Marg he only just finishes it, as I also mix in some pre-alpin with it. You can just see that he's stuffed . I will try giving him a little more and see what happens

How big/old is said tort please? I had a thb that would not grow at all. I added abidec to one bath per day (human baby growth vitamin liquid) & she grew after this. Wondering if it would give your tort a boost in growth.

The 2% is suggested to be fed daily. The 2-3 times a week... it should be fed as much as it will eat in one sitting.
Personality does factor in. what are the temperatures? Quote:

Ed was not wanting him to be on pellets all the time. This could start the weed/pellet/salad debate

No debate here. I was just clarifying the feeding instructions.

That's a great temperature range. Is it an active tortoise?
