What's the best time to sow my seeds for next year?

It's good to do it now. The spring weather starts them germinating then.

If sowing in the garden, now is the time. As some weed seeds need really cold weather to help germinate them.
I always sow this time of the year, and have plenty of weeds in the Spring.
