All depends on the species
Hatchling to Juvenile is pretty subjective, but usually the change is an age thing and can be anywhere from 6 months to a year Juvenile to Sub-Adult goes from an age thing to a size thing. The size this happens is dependant on species. It's the size an animal can be reliably sexed when they'd change from a juvenile to a sub-adult Sub-Adult to Adult is always a size thing and is the minimum size that a species can reproduce at.
