I made some today, Nigellas recipe. Big big mistake, I knew I wouldn't be able to resist it, and bow I have a big load whispering sweet nothings to me every time i open the fridge

haha, mmm rocky road is good... i made rocky road brownie mix as xmas presents for my friends and family in a nice jar. Obviously had to make a test batch... or 2.. or 4... lets just say it was ridiculously decadent! try not to eat it all at once!!!! Louise :P

if anyone fancies the brownie/rocky road combo then this is my recipe *warning it is MEGA sickly and sticky and chocolaty and amazing*

140g plain flour, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 30g cocoa powder,150g dark brown soft sugar, 125g caster sugar, 100g dark chocolate chips, 100g white chocolate chips, 50g mini marshmallows, 50g dehydrated or glacier cherries, 100g crushed hobnobs, 3 eggs, 60ml vegetable oil. cook at 180c for about 20-25 mins

if you put all the dry ingredients in a jar in layers it can look like this:

Mmmm, I love anything sweet thats called Rocky Road, lol

Asda do a rocky road ice cream that has marshmallows and chocolate pieces in, its gorgeous.
When I go tgi Fridays I always have the Rocky Road dessert
