I am a teaching assistant in a special needs school and have just been promoted to a TA 2B.

I also have 4 children, 3 children still at home, the youngest are 9 and 11 so spend my spare time ferrying them around and looking after our assortment of animals!

it's interesting that in many cases, supervisors have disappeared and been replaced by team leaders and line leaders

What's it all about. Having said that, foremen were replaced by supervisors.. what's that all about as well
