A couple of questions please?
I have studied the excellent edible plants and weeds pictures but there are a few that I see around my garden (which backs on to a field so gets lots of weeds. I wonder either what they are or if they are edible for my med torts.
Weed 1 which sometimes has a lilac flower on it and weed 2 Thanks for looking ... K x |

its a yes for both if you look at the first one it has a square stem and as a general rule everything with a square stem is edible and the second one is a type of trefoil or the pea family which can be i'd by the pea shaped flowers chris x x

Isnt the first one campanula?
Looks like it to me, which would be edible. Sorry just looked at the bigger picture and it has hairy stems I think. Which would not be campanula.

Thanks Chris, the leave certainly look like campanula, but the hairy stalks dont<g>.
