Default Eeeek! Egg is hatching

So excited one of the eggs is hatching will put pictures on later when we get further on.

I filled the water more full than it has been if that makes sense is there anything else I can do? Should I dampen the vermiculite?

Been out for a few hours just checked and it looks pretty much the same as this morning. It's going to be a long night lol how long is it normal for them to take? I've told the kids it could be tomorrow night before it's out is that about right?
