My spur thighed egg is 53 days today and he is half filling the egg, any idea how much longer it will take to hatch.

i only breed tgg so cant advise on ibera what is yours .

hi B im sorry i went to bed ,early starts with my lot.my tgg are incubated 31c to 31.5c this year both clutches started hatching at 68days normally clutch size dependant they can take 10 to 14 days before all the eggs have hatched my thb eggs at the same temperature hatched before 60days.some eggs as they get close to hatching can look as though the egg is dried out and is only half full so dont despair it could be another fortnight yet.good luck , keep us posted and make sure the camera is charged.

Mine take about 60 - 63 days Barbara at 32 degrees C. If you incubate lower then it will be longer.
Of course you always get one that proves you wrong

Well its now 69 days and still no signs of the little one, i cant sleep now dont want to miss seeing it hatching.

hi Barbara i know its hard but all you can do now is wait.i have eggs due in december but if it goes to january i will be climbing the walls with worry.so why do we put ourselves through this stress lol,when you see that first little face you will know.i have everything crossed for you so i hope it hatches soon, this is very uncomfortable.

hi terry. I thought you would be used to this now all the eggs you have hatched, hope in not like this every time it will turn me into a nervous wreck. I have got another 4 eggs in the incubator now, been there since the 15th sep they only shelled over 2 weeks ago and one of them has got a small vein in it, dont know whats going on thought they were infertile.
