Leopard weight
Hi our young leopard George, has put on a lot of weight in the last 2 weeks, been left to graze and fed 30% weeds
Put on 22 gms in 13 days is this to much. Scales are new digital so i think they are accurate Thanks Paul |

hello,
i'm not an expert but honestly it is far better for your tortoise to gain weight slowly than quicky. i wouldn't say hes gaining too much but if he gains alot more then i would take him to a vet. hope i helped a bit Polly xxxxx Lionel |

Maybe take an average over a month as I know my own torts vary drastically from day and week to week they go up and down in weight, also depends if your leopard was underweight when you got him, have you checked him against the Jackson ratio chart, it is for guidance but it does help to give you a guide on roughly what he should weigh.

Thanks for the replys, will take an average over a month. He likes his food at the moment
