Default Trouble obtaining a10s

Hi all, it's only the second time I've applied for hatchlings a10s and I've encountered a problem!

I sent off the form and paid the fee then received an email from defra today.i applied for 20 certificates and they are questioning the amount I want. Asking if I incubated them all and if from same clutch etc etc. I have replied and said we had two lots of 7 eggs and then unearthed a clutch of 6. I also said that we believe what we thought was a second male is actually a female that's laid (I know it's a female just haven't got round to changing its a10 yet!) I also made an error on the form and said hatching date was June and it was October! (June was on form already from last lot I applied for).

So I emailed them back and haven't heard since. Will they refuse the a10s? What happens if they do? Panicking now only just started breeding and didn't envisage issues gaining certs
