 His wings.  And his beard, he seems to have very long feathers where his throat spots should be.

Thanks Emma, he is rather handsome isn't he. He has so many mirrors it must be like living in a fairground fun house.
I can stroke him on his head and he has stood on all our fingers, still inside the cage though, as I don't want to let him out until he's used to us.
