Default curse you welsh weather!!!!

well pretty sure my tortoise seed has been washed away, no sun out at all it seems so even the stuff in the green house is not really past seedlings, I need help my plan was to plant up a bucket load of seeds, flowers plants and weeds for winter feeding but nothings going to be ready with this wash out spring, are dried weeds any good at all incase it snows?
Just the question of someone cursing the lack of weed growth in her tortoise patch.

have you heard of pre alpine pellets? here's the link to them http://www.tortoiselady.co.uk/page8.htm they are well worth considering as an extra feed especially in the winter months. They are not a complete food as most pellets are but are a good source of extra fiber and consist of mainly dried weeds, grasses and herbs, have a look.

Oh my thanks that looks perfect incase of another snowy winter, just worried my weeds in the greenhouse are not going to be big enough if we get a cold snap to survive

Please don't curse the welsh weather as I also live part of the year in my house in wales. Unfortunatley it is the british weather, but saying that it is only nature putting the world to right so we have to put up with it.
If you have any questions about the pre alpin then ask away and I will answer them for you. Take care and pretend you are a duck hehehehe
