Thank you for getting to the bottom of this
I shall be warning the two places I got the seeds from as clearly one of them is putting seeds in their seed packs that are poisonous to tortoises even though they sell them as tortoise weeds This plant grows no where else in my garden and the soil was only taken from my garden Very very worrying, I guess a lesson to us all to check
