Ebay (again)

my wife has bought a couple of things from Ebay, on 15th Jan and 16th Feb and the sellers haven't bothered to leave feedback. The 'Awaiting Feedback' thing is right there annoyingly in your face every time you go on your Ebay page. Do they eventually go away and if so after how long? If not, is there a way to get rid of them?

Of course, it would be much easier if the people would just leave the feedback since positive feedback was left for them

If they are still showing in the Won section - delete them from there and hopefully they'll disappear!

I have now tried that and they are still there

one of the sellers is no longer registered on Ebay it says.

Edit> I have discovered that you can hide that section which at least takes it out your face even if it doesn't get rid of them

I send them a msg asking them to leave you feedback as you have done for them. Normally do it then

I have got really wound up about this in the past. Without fail, I have always paid for something as soon as I've won it yet I don't get feedback unless I leave it for them. Blackmail. In my world, as I've paid for it first, I should get feedback first. If they write and ask me for feedback, I explain this to them and if they don't leave me feedback first, I don't buy from them again. Feedback is just as important to the buyer *climbs off soap box*

yes we always pay instantly too. it's annoying that they don't leave feedback but just as annoying that it stays there on the screen and you can't get rid of it. how long does it take to go away do you know?
