Thankyou. The mess on the ground behind the table is caused by trillions and millions and billions and possibly even more,of seeds dropped by the very tall Washingtonia palm tree! I pray for a lightning strike every time we have a storm but nothing so far! All our other palms (Canariensis ) have been killed by the red palm weevil but the Washingtonias are not affected by this insect so lightning is the only possibility of removal as my OH likes this useless piece of garden adornment and having it chopped is not an option. One day!!!! Rocio

Thankyou. He´s being trained as a Help dog. If we drop something he has to pick it up. Caro, the Spinone, does it without being told now and Finto often does but not everytime. He´ll improve with time. It´s very handy to have a dog that picks up when its humans are deteriorating rapidly!! The only thing our two don´t really like to touch are latex gloves, the kind the Dentist wears! Clothes pegs, clothes, shoes, plant pots----just about anything that hits the deck.
