just noticed your talking about Hermanns , that is a long time for them to hatch unless your temps are below 28/29c next to the eggs ,i have some hermanns hatching now this is day 54 my temps are 31.5c next to the eggs humidity around 78% , i take it your egg/s arnt over calcified ?

Thats great news !!! , don't help it ,it may still have a yolk so as long as there's a hole it should be fine , later you should see the chip hole go around the egg before it hatche's which could take a few hours , the best advice i can give you is leave well alone let it come out in its own time.
