Question how to use up egg yolks

My Youngest sons 21st this sunday so having a big family roast lamb dinner for 14 to help celebrate, making meringue pavlovas and will have 12 egg yolks left over, any recipe/tips on how to use up the egg yolks xx

Is'nt Advocat made from egg yolks, or egg nog, sorry Cath do know a lot about food.

Carbonara sauce

5/6 eggs yolk,
single cream 5 tblsp or add more to taste
5 tbsp of parmesan cheese

Thanks everyone lots of good tips here think I'll go for Creme brulee over sliced peaches and pears, Hmmmm hungry cant wait xx
