Well, they are of course all plants but most of those you are showing are from cultivated stock, either grown as a garden plant or a seed blown there. Weeds are plants that grow where they shouldn't! Weeds can also be called Wild Flowers, mostly what would grow wild in the countryside. I know it can be confusing because some wild flowers are cultivated. However, rather than get into a pickle over what is what, experience usually will dictate if they are just tortoise edible weeds, or not. Does that help?
