Probably the temps are too cold/high. I would add a proper hide like an overturned flower pot, a hibiscus plant and a spider plant. Also, get rid of that bark stuff, and switch to topsoil/cococoir with moss and possibly leaflitter/cypress mulch. What are you feeding her?

mixed leafs, curly kale, watercress and melon and a few diff other fruits but more leafy bits.
Im popping to homebase tomorrow to get a spider plant. The temperatures are reading the same as the other day aswell, ive just put some of the moss in her bed and sprayed it and moved her from where she was. Her temps at night are reading 22/23 lowest aswell so it seems the temps are ok. I dont know if its just that shes adjusting? her previous environment wasnt very humid or warm? |

They do take time to adjust anyway. As long as she seems healthy it is fine if she doesn't eat much, it'll mean she'll be slow-growing. Try buying some packs of Florette Crispy and also rocket(this is my twos' favourite leaf). Also, increase the fruit content, 40% is good-try berries, mangoes, peppers, sharon fruit, kiwi and peach. RF's naturally favour red things and fruits anyway. Also try funghi as they never seem to reject them.

This is deff very helpful, im keeping an eye on her eyes (excuse the pun) and checking for no signs of ill health. I mean shes picking at her food, just little bits of it.
Im on an alcohol shop tomorrow in Sainsburys so will pick up the things you have listed. I will watch her and keep you updated. Thank you so much for all your help. I try not to worry but im smitten by her so any signs im unsure off il question! |

Sorry missed this post. She is trying to thermoregulate herself.
Seen your hot end is 32, that is quite a hot spot for a RF, maybe move the lamp up an inch or so so it's about 29-30 degrees celsius.

It really depends on the tort, many will enjoy a very hot spot, some a medium hot spot and some don't bask at all but I think you need to experiment around a bit as the temps obviously aren't right for her.
