February 2012 tortoise meeting about T. hermanni
Welcome to the February 2012 tortoise meeting With yet another great speaker  Just Me and my Tortoise is a voluntary tortoise, terrapin and turtle group that covers the whole of Kent and London and provides support, education and helps rescue and re-home Chelonia. It is free to join us and you do not have to live in the area to come along to our meetings. Speaker: Dave Kirk "Kirkie". Presentation: "Testudo Hermanni - a tale of two (or three) tortoises". Covering identification, life in the wild, captive care and breeding. Sunday 19th February 2012 2pm - 5.30pm Venue: Keston Village Hall, Heathfield Road, Kent BR2 6BG £3 per person (£1 per child) Includes refreshments and cake I would like to welcome back Dave as a speaker and I am sure you will agree the topic is a popular one of interest to many. With many owning the hermanni tortoise ... I am sure this subject would be of great interest to many
... not to mention the opportunity of hearing Dave give another great talk (his last talk had some wonderful photography)
