Default Can hermans eat these weeds?

Im not sure what they all are - any help with IDing them and letting me know if he can eat them would be greatly appreciated.

First, I'm not sure.
Second, bittercress, edible
Third, dock, edible, but its bitter so they rarely eat it.
Fourth, may be speedwell, but not 100% certain, if so edible.

Oh sorry, meant to add edible to both of those. Let someone confirm it is speedwell first.

1st is speedwell edible

2nd bittercress edible
3nd broad leaf dock rarely eaten and high in oxalic acid so young leaves only
4th speedwell edible

Wow thanks Piglet - Youve done well to identify that first pic!! Ive been keeping the weed growing in the pot for ages, whenever my mum comes round she always says why dont you get rid of these weeds? And I say Im going to find out if Henry can eat it first
