Let me know if u still need a cage, I have one I have been meaning to get rid off.. It's in good condition, three levels with ladders. It has a red base and black bars, perfect for a syrian. I will hopefully be at the just me and my tortoise meeting so could bring it then

Oh no, Poor hamster

Too be honest I wish we didn't keep them in the class. They sleep all day and come awake at night when the kids have gone home. The kids don't really take any notice of him anymore so he must be bored He smells and hardly comes out of the cage and when he does he bites.
Weekends he is on his own usually, unless I take him home.

Year 4 also have a hamster, year 6 have a guinea pig. years 5's hamster died after 4 weeks.

I think goldfish would be a better class pet

Hi Lynne, will be coming tomorrow so will bring the cage
We have giant snails at work for the kids, our creche/baby space also has a fish tank which the children love and they are very easy to look after. A school locally to me have chickens and may be getting a shetland pony which I think is great!!
